The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore — Punjab's premier public-sector medical university — has announced 6 contract posts across teaching, administration, examinations, and IT. The headline posts are Professor (Medical Education) BPS-20 and Director QEC/IQAE BPS-20, alongside Deputy Registrar BPS-18, Deputy Controller of Examinations BPS-18, Network Administrator BPS-17, and Database Administrator BPS-17. Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible. Professor (Medical Education) BPS-20: Yeh medical education ka senior academic leader hota hai — MBBS curriculum design karta hai, naye teaching methods (jaise problem-based learning) introduce karta hai, faculty ko train karta hai, aur medical education research supervise karta hai. Rozana kaam mein academic meetings, curriculum review, aur HEC/PMDC standards par compliance shaamil hai.

Director QEC/IQAE BPS-20: Quality Enhancement Cell ka head — university ki har degree program ki quality assure karta hai. HEC ki quality rankings, institutional performance evaluation, accreditation visits, aur student feedback systems isi ke zimme hote hain. Yeh post senior management-level ki hai.

Deputy Registrar BPS-18: University administration ka key officer — student records, statutory meetings (Syndicate/Academic Council ke minutes), notifications, aur inter-department coordination sambhalta hai. Rozana files, correspondence, aur policy implementation iska kaam hai.

Deputy Controller of Examinations BPS-18: Exams ka intezam — date sheets, paper setting, examiners ki appointment, result compilation, aur secrecy/confidentiality. Exam season mein yeh sab se busy office hota hai.

Network Administrator BPS-17: Campus ka poora network — internet connectivity, servers, Wi-Fi, firewalls, aur cybersecurity. Kisi bhi network outage par pehla response isi ka hota hai.

Database Administrator BPS-17: University ke databases (student information system, HR/ERP data) ka incharge — backups, data integrity, aur reports. Data loss se bachana iski sab se bari zimmedari hai.
