Thousands of internship slots are available district-wise in primary, elementary, and secondary schools across the province. This is a fixed-term teaching internship with a monthly stipend — not a permanent government appointment.

Roman Urdu Main Samjhain — School Teacher Intern (STI) Kya Hai?
STI ka matlab hai School Teacher Intern. Aasan alfaz mein, yeh ek aarzi (temporary) teaching ka mauqa hai jo Punjab government ke School Education Department ne diya hai. Intern ka matlab hai ke aap school mein as a teacher kaam karenge, lekin aap permanent government mulazim nahi honge — yeh ek fixed muddat (3 November 2026 se 31 May 2027 tak) ka muahida hoga aur aapko har mahine wazifa (stipend) milega.
Roz-marra ke faraiz (day-to-day duties): Aapko school mein classes lena hongi, bachon ko parhana hoga, homework aur test check karne honge, aur school ke head teacher ke hidayat par taleemi sargarmiyon mein hissa lena hoga. Aap ka roz ka kaam bilkul aik aam teacher jaisa hoga — farq sirf yeh hai ke aapki bharti internship ki bunyaad par hui hai.
Government ne interns kyun hire kiye? Punjab ke bohat se schools mein teachers ki kami hai, aur bachon ki taleem mutasir hoti hai. Permanent bharti ka amal lamba hota hai, is liye government ne STI program ke zariye fori tor par qabil naujawanon ko schools mein tainat karne ka faisla kiya taake classes khaali na rahen.
Permanent teaching se farq: Permanent teacher government ka mustaqil mulazim hota hai jis ki naukri, taraqqi aur pension ke qawaneen hote hain. STI ek muahiday par mabni internship hai jo May 2027 mein khatam ho jayegi — is mein mustaqil mulazmat ki zamanat nahi. Lekin yeh aapke liye teaching ka qeemti tajurba hasil karne ka behtareen mauqa hai, jo aage chal kar aapke career mein madadgar sabit hoga.
