Rescue 1122 — the Emergency Services Department of the Government of Punjab — has announced 239 temporary posts across its Headquarters, Emergency Services Academy and District Lahore operations. The biggest segments are 108 Rescue Drivers, 92 Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and 28 Fire DERT Rescuers, plus 5 Emergency Officers (Medical) and female-only hostel/attendant posts. Recruitment is through the Central Testing Service (CTS) and applications close on 6 November 2026.

Yeh Positions Kon Si Hain Aur Role Kya Hai?

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) — 92 posts: Ambulance mein mareez ko hospital pohanchne se pehle ibtedai tibbi madad dena — zakhmon par patti, oxygen dena, CPR, aur emergency mein mareez ko stabilize karna. Nursing ya paramedical ka degree/diploma (2nd division) walay apply kar sakte hain; umar 20–30 saal.

Rescue Driver (LTV) — 108 posts: Rescue 1122 ki ambulances aur emergency vehicles chalana — hadsaat ki jagah par foran pohanchna iski sab se bari zimmedari hai. SSC (2nd division) ke saath valid LTV driving licence lazmi hai; umar 20–30 saal.

Fire DERT Rescuer — 28 posts: Aag lagne, building girne ya kisi disaster ki surat mein rescue operation — firefighting, search aur rescue. DAE (Chemical, Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical waghera, 2nd division) walay eligible hain; umar 20–30 saal.

Emergency Officer (Medical) — 5 posts: MBBS doctor jo emergency operations ki medical supervision karta hai; PMDC/PMC registration zaroori; umar 24–32 saal. Hostel Warden / Assistant Hostel Warden / Attendant ki posts sirf khawateen ke liye hain (Emergency Services Academy, Lahore).

Note: Yeh tamam 239 posts temporary hain — in par mustaqil (regularization) ka haq nahi hoga. Written, psychological, physical aur skill tests CTS lega; final interview Lahore mein hoga.
