ICT walay computers, network aur hospital ka software chalate hain. Accounts walay billing aur hisaab-kitab sambhalte hain. Front desk aur customer service walay mareezon ki rehnumai karte hain aur calls attend karte hain. Security walay hospital ki hifazat karte hain. FMS walay bijli, pani, imarat aur bagh-bageecha ka khayal rakhte hain. In logon ke baghair hospital ka nizam ruk jata hai — yeh sab roles barabar ahem hain.
