PESSI Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant Jobs 2026 – 30 Posts Across Punjab

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Government of Punjab, has announced 30 Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant positions across Punjab districts, including Sargodha (Daily Express advertisement, 1 October 2026, IPL-10302-LR). The posts are district-wise: Lahore (7), Faisalabad (4), Gujranwala (2), Multan (2), Sargodha (1), with the remaining posts in other Punjab districts. This is a temporary six-month engagement with a fixed salary of Rs. 60,000 per month plus 25 litres of petrol per month.

Eligibility

  • Minimum qualification: FA/FSc.
  • Age: 30 to 55 years.
  • Must own a motorbike with a valid driving license — the job is field-based.
  • Punjab domicile required.
  • Preference will be given to retired Armed Forces personnel and to candidates from the local district of each post — Sargodha candidates can apply for the Sargodha seat.

PESSI Punjab government ka idara hai jo mazdooron (workers) aur unke khandanon ko medical aur social security ki sahoolat deta hai — hospitals, dispensaries aur field offices ke zariye. Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant ka kaam apne district ke PESSI hospitals/dispensaries aur field offices ka doura karna aur check karna hai: mareezon ko ilaj aur dawaiyan sahi mil rahi hain ya nahi, staff hazir hai ya nahi, records durust hain ya nahi, aur facilities ka mayar kaisa hai. Rozana zimmedariyon mein motorbike par field visits, observation checklists parna, photos aur records banana, aur monthly evaluation report head office ko bhejna shamil hai. Kyun ke kaam field-based aur disciplined hai, retired fauji afraad ko tarjeeh di ja rahi hai — aur apne hi district ki seat par local candidates ko tarjeeh milti hai, is liye Sargodha ke candidates Sargodha ki seat ke liye apply karen.
