  • Technicians/Technologists: FSc + relevant diploma/DAE with 2+ years of experience (post-specific).
  • Officers: Bachelor's/Master's in the relevant field with experience.
  • Domicile: Senior Consultant, Consultant and Junior Consultant posts — all Pakistan; all other posts — Punjab domicile only.
  • Age relaxation as per Government of Punjab policy; 5% quota for minorities, 3% for persons with disabilities. Government employees must apply through proper channel.

NSIC kya hai? Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology Sargodha ka bara dil ka sarkari hospital hai — yahan dil ke mareezon ka ilaj, operations aur test hotay hain. Naya idara honay ki wajah se yahan doctors se lekar technicians tak poori team bharti ki ja rahi hai.

Consultant kon hota hai? Yeh hospital ka senior specialist doctor hota hai — MBBS ke baad FCPS/MD jaisi aala degree wala. Woh mareez dekhta hai, dil ke operations aur procedures karta hai, aur junior doctors ki rehnumai karta hai. Senior Consultant department ka sab se bara medical incharge hota hai.

Technician/Technologist kya kartay hain? Cath lab technician dil ki naaliyon (angiography/angioplasty) walay kamray mein doctor ki madad karta hai. ECG technician dil ki dharkan ka test (ECG) karta hai. Perfusion technologist open-heart surgery ke dauran khoon ki gardish wali machine chalata hai. Phlebotomist mareezon ke khoon ke sample leta hai. Yeh sab hospital ke rozana kaam ki reedh ki haddi hain.

Roz-marra ki zimmedariyan: doctors — OPD, ward rounds, operations aur emergency duty; technicians — test aur procedures mein madad, machines ka khayal; officers — records, khareedari (procurement), HR aur security ka nizam. Contract 3 saal ka hai, aur achi performance par tajdeed ka imkan hota hai.
