Eligibility

  • Education: Minimum Graduation in Business Studies, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institute. Master's degree and/or professional qualifications (CA, ICMA, ACCA, CMA) and certifications (CFA any level, FRM) will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the banking industry, including 1 year in Corporate Credit / Corporate Lending.
  • Age: Maximum 35 years as on the last date of submission.
  • Skills: Good business communication, report writing and analytical skills; strong command of MS Office.
  • Employment type: Contractual (3 years, renewable at management's discretion); compensation as per bank policy.

Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking kon hota hai? Yeh bank ka woh officer hota hai jo baray business clients (companies aur corporate groups) se talluq rakhta hai — unhe qarzay (corporate loans/credit facilities) dilwana, un ke accounts aur cash-flow ka tajziya karna, aur bank ke liye naya corporate business lana us ka kaam hai.

Roz-marra ki zimmedariyan: client companies se milna aur un ki financing ki zarooraten samajhna; cash flow aur balance sheet ka tajziya (ratio analysis, stress testing); collateral/security ki jaanch; credit risk ke tajweezat (proposals) tayyar karna; portfolio ka musalsal jaiza; aur business aur risk teams ke saath mil kar kaam karna.
