Eligibility Criteria
Principal: MBBS/FCPS/PhD or an equivalent Level-III qualification recognized by PM&DC, with 15 years of PM&DC-recognized teaching experience, preferably 5 years as Professor.
Director Medical Education: MBBS/MHPE/MME/PhD in Medical Education recognized by PM&DC, with experience in curriculum development, assessment, faculty development and academic planning.

Medical college ka Principal college ka sab se senior academic aur administrative sarbarah hota hai. Uski zimmedariyon mein faculty ki nigrani, taleemi mayar barqarar rakhna, PM&DC ke rules par amal daramad aur college ke tamam shobon ka intezam shaamil hai. Director Medical Education taleemi planning ka zimmedar hota hai — nisaab (curriculum) banana, imtihanat ka nizam, teachers ki training (faculty development) aur academic planning us ke rozana kaam hain. Sargodha mein ye dono uhde medical taleem ke liye nihayat ahem hain.
